Per the Venue:
In the event you must ship materials for a function at the Tuscany Suites, LLC, all package/box
deliveries must be addressed as follows:
1) Name of the On-Site Contact
2) Group Name
3) Arrival Date
4) C/O Tuscany Suites & Casino

Your shipments should be sent to arrive no more than three (3) days prior to your event. All packages and boxes received for individuals or vendors are subject to a shipping/handling fee for a total weight of all materials sent as follows:
5 to 50 lbs $10.00
51 to 100 lbs $25.00
101 & Over $50.00
Pallets (each move) $125.00
Daily storage fees apply for packages earlier than three (3) days. This daily charge will equal cost
of the package fee. The hotel is not responsible for packing or for supplying any packing materials.
Any materials left behind without shipping instructions will be discarded within three (3) business days.
